I write the code, run the servers, and ship the release.

I am a software engineer from Sylhet, Bangladesh. I started out in PHP and WordPress, moved through Laravel, Vue.js and cloud infrastructure, and spent two years keeping a university network and data center running. These days AI tooling is how I build by default.

By day I lead development on FluentCRM and Fluent Boards, which mostly means the unglamorous half of shipping: planning, review, trade-offs, and keeping a small team moving without breaking what already works.

  1. 2024 – present

    Technical Lead

    @ AuthLabnow
    • Lead product development on FluentCRM and Fluent Boards, and manage the development team behind them.
    • Coordinate across support, marketing, development and UX to decide what ships, and when.
    • Spearhead R&D and take on the deep debugging: the problems that never fit in a ticket.
    • Handle network engineering alongside the product work.
  2. 2022 – 2024

    Senior Software Engineer

    @ AuthLab
    • Built and maintained FluentCRM and Fluent Boards as WordPress plugins, from new features to long-term upkeep.
    • Worked closely with support, marketing and design on what to build and how to ship it.
    • Carried much of the ownership I hold today, which led to the promotion to Technical Lead.

    Assistant Network Engineer

    • Managed network infrastructure and system administration.
    • Handled data center maintenance and security.

    • Built APIs using Laravel and Node.js.
    • Developed front-end single-page applications with Vue.js and Bootstrap.
    • Designed and maintained cloud-hosted applications.

The shortest honest version of me runs from Lord of the Rings to DevOps engineering.

There is the half that reads history and re-reads Tolkien; that flies to Phi Phi for the water and walks Kuala Lumpur for the food, then drives into Sikkim, Meghalaya and Darjeeling for the mountains. The half that takes the bike out of Sylhet with no particular destination and a sunset in mind, and that genuinely does not mind the rain.

And there is Makkah. The most peaceful place I have stood, and the one I would go back to just for the prayers.

Then there is the half that spends its days on infrastructure, pipelines and release trains, and still gets a quiet satisfaction out of a deploy nobody has to think about. I do not think you can separate the engineering from the rest of it.
